Why responsible gaming matters
Online gaming is a great form of entertainment — but going beyond limits can make it harmful. tk999agent believes every player should enjoy gaming consciously and responsibly.
tk999agent is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh that always places its players' well-being as the highest priority. Responsible gaming means more than just playing within limits — it means maintaining conscious control over your time, money, and emotions.
If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts becoming a source of stress, that is a sign it is time to take a break. Our platform offers multiple tools and features to help ensure a healthy and safe gaming experience.
Remember — gaming is always for entertainment. It should never be used as a source of income or a way to pay off debt. The commitment to responsible gaming at tk999agent is at the heart of every service we provide.
Age restrictions and verification
tk999agent is for adults only. Protecting minors is our highest responsibility.
What we do to verify age
- A valid ID is required for age verification during registration.
- Additional verification may be requested at any time in cases of suspicion.
- Accounts of users under 21 are suspended immediately.
- Parents are encouraged to monitor and control their children's device usage.
- If there are minor members in your household, keep parental controls enabled on your devices.
Responsible gaming tools and features
tk999agent gives you powerful tools to stay in control of your gaming. Use them and stay well.
Set deposit limits
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount at any time. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A 24-hour delay applies if you wish to increase a limit.
Time-out feature
If you need a short break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will be temporarily inactive and no deposits or gameplay will be possible.
Self-exclusion
If you need a long-term break, you can request to close your account from 6 months up to permanently. During self-exclusion, any attempt to create a new account is blocked.
Set a loss limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a set period. When the limit is reached, you will be notified automatically and deposits will be paused for that period.
Reality check reminders
At regular intervals you will be shown how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This helps you make informed decisions.
Transaction and gaming history
You can view a detailed history of all your deposits, withdrawals, and gaming activity at any time. This helps you analyse your spending patterns.

- Spend time with your family and finish your responsibilities before gaming.
Keep in mind while you play
